DLC Management announces hirings, promotions

Tarrytown, N.Y. DLC Management Corp. announced that Basil Donnelly joined the firm as senior VP -- legal affairs on Sept. 7, charged with directing the day-to-day activities of the legal department and overseeing DLC’s legal matters, including leasing, acquisition, financing, disposition and litigation. Donnelly was previously executive VP and general counsel -- property for Centro Properties Group.

In related news, DLC’s leasing department has hired Nathan Tonnies as VP of Midwest Leasing in the company’s Oak Brook, Ill. office. Tonnies is responsible for overseeing all leasing activity throughout DLC’s Midwest region. DLC’s New York leasing team was joined by a new trainee. Alex Varon started at the company upon graduating from SUNY Binghamton and is working with DLC’s Northeast leasing representatives to learn the commercial real estate business.

DLC’s Property Management Department, which spans each of the company’s four offices, announced the hiring of Paula Bartlett as a regional property manager in its Towson, Md., office. She will handle the daily management needs of the company’s 17 shopping center portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic.

DLC also announced the following promotions: Patrick Tandy, to senior VP -- construction; Michael Desmarais to senior VP -- property management; Howland Gordon to senior associate counsel; Ross Doud to VP property management -- Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Regions; Donna Earnhart to VP property management -- Southeast Region; Evan Podob to VP leasing -- Northeast Region; Chris Ressa to senior leasing representative; Monique Blatch to regional property manager -- Southeast; and Traci Krauss to director of administrative services -- property management.
