Divaris appointed to lease and manage Williamsburg Marketcenter

Williamsburg, Va. Virginia Beach, Va.-based Divaris Real Estate said it has been appointed exclusive leasing agents and Divaris Property Management Corp. has been retained to manage Williamsburg Marketcenter.

The new retail center comprises 120,920 sq. ft. and is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Petco and Dollar Tree.

Other tenants in Williamsburg Marketcenter include Verizon Wireless, Supercuts, Tropical Smoothie, Quizno’s Subs, UPS Store, and Squires Gourmet. BB&T Bank and Chick-Fil-A occupy outparcel space.
