Virginia Beach, Va. — Divaris Real Estate has announced the signing of three leases totaling 9,400 sq. ft. in the Hampton Roads region of Va.



Furniture Liquidators has leased 6,100 square feet of Divaris-leased and –managed retail space located at 6109 East Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia. Divaris represented the landlord, Shepherd Investment, LLC in the lease negotiations.



SO Simple Salons has leased 1,800 sq. ft. in College-Parkway Crossing in Suffolk, Va. Divaris represented the landlord, CTR Associates. The salon joins Food Lion in the Divaris-leased and –managed center.



Pizza Hut has renewed its 1,500-sq.-ft. lease in the Divaris-managed and -leased Glenwood Shoppes in Norfolk, Va. Food Lion and Dollar General anchor Glenwood Shoppes, which is situated at the entrance to Naval Station Norfolk.
