Dita’s leases Manhattan flagship location

New York — Handcrafted eyewear retailer, Dita, has leased a 1,300-sq.-ft. store at 273 Lafayette Street in SoHo. It will be Dita’s first Manhattan locations and its New York flagship. RKF represented Dita in the transaction, while The Lansco Corp. acted on behalf of the landlord, 157 Prince Street Associates.



Scheduled to open this fall, Dita will occupy the ground and lower levels of the 29,860-square-foot property, adjacent to Scotch & Soda and DNA Footwear. Other nearby retailers include Alternative Apparel and G-Star Raw. Dita has a cult following throughout the world and counts numerous celebrities as loyal customers. Dita operates stores in West Hollywood, Newport Beach and Tokyo.
