Developers Diversified names senior VP redevelopment and expansions

Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Tuesday it has appointed James J. Farrell to senior VP redevelopment and expansions.

Farrell was previously senior VP -- development at Joseph Freed and Associates, where he managed both development and redevelopment initiatives. Before that, he held roles of increasing responsibility with Westfield, Urban Retail Properties Co., Homart Development Co., and Melaniphy & Associates.
