Developers Diversified appoints general manager of The Pike at Rainbow Harbor

Long Beach, Calif. Beachwood Ohio-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp. announced that it has appointed Jeffrey T. Miyaoka as the new general manager of its Long Beach, Calif., center, The Pike at Rainbow Harbor.

The project contains over 360,000 sq. ft. of restaurants and entertainment uses including a 14-screen Cinemark Theater, The Laugh Factory and Gameworks. It also includes a recently opened 128-room Avia Hotel.

Miyaoka’s hiring comes as The Pike is preparing for the opening of its newest tenant, Hooters restaurant.
