Developers Diversified announces team members

Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Wednesday it has appointed four new team members to key leasing and management positions.

Michele Del Monaco has been named regional leasing manager and will be located in the company’s Atlanta office.

Ann Meyer will serve as general manager of Village at Stone Oak, a 635,000-sq.-ft. hybrid shopping center in San Antonio, Texas.

Shawn Conti has been named leasing manager for the southern region. He will work from the Tampa, Fla., office.

Todd A. Hamula will serve as the company’s training and employee development director. In his new role he will be responsible for the design and implementation of employee training and development programs across the company. Hamula previously served as development director in the company’s development department.
