Destination XL to open at Schaumburg Promenade

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Corp. announced Tuesday the signing of an 11,958-sq.-ft. lease with Casual Male Retail Group for the company’s new superstore concept, Destination XL.

The new store concept will provide a one-stop shopping destination offering a full assortment of its core brands, including Casual Male XL and Rochester Clothing.

The flagship store is located in the Schaumburg Promenade, adjacent to the Woodfield Mall, in Schaumburg, Ill. Destination XL is scheduled to open in summer and will be the prototype for future stores.

In addition, Inland Real Estate recently signed a 4,950-sq.-ft. lease with Franco Tricoci, a day spa and hair salon, at Woodfield Plaza, also located in Schaumburg. Franco Tricoci opened in December.
