Dance Academy inks lease at Clayton Valley

Concord, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Friday that Clayton Valley Dance Academy has leased a 3,170-sq.-ft. Space at Clayton Valley Shopping Center in Concord, Calif.

The Academy is slated to open for business in early fall.

The 260,671-sq.-ft. center is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, alongside national and regional retailers such as CVS/pharmacy, Pet Food Express, Chase Bank, Sally Beauty Supply, Tuesday Morning, Massage Envy and Jamba Juice.
