Cypress Equities hires leasing rep

Dallas -- Cypress Equities said it has expanded its corporate leasing team with the addition of Karly Kilroy and Allison Campbell.



Kilroy joins Cypress as senior leasing manager and is responsible for developing and leveraging relationships with potential tenants and facilitating leasing solutions for Cypress’ nationwide retail and mixed-use projects.



Campbell assumes the role of mall leasing associate and is charged with building relationships with and securing retail tenant leads for the company’s enclosed regional shopping centers, Bassett Place in El Paso, Texas, and Rock Hill Galleria in Rock Hill, S.C.
