CVS/pharmacy inks deal for Main St. center

Edgewater, N.J. Levin Management Corp. announced that CVS/pharmacy has leased 11,000 sq. ft. at Edgewater Square in Edgewater, N.J., becoming the first retail tenant for the mixed-use project.

A groundbreaking on the padsite location is anticipated this month, according to Matthew Harding, president and COO of Levin, which serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the Edgewater Square property.

Edgewater Square’s design features a Main Street design and layout, as well as a residential component and a hotel. In addition, “Edgewater Square will include 100,000 sq. ft. of destination retail and dining,” Harding said.

Edgewater Square will also feature a 1,900-ft. river walk along the Hudson River.
