CVS/pharmacy to expand at Panther Creek Village Square

The Woodlands, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Thursday that CVS/pharmacy will expand from 8,640 sq. ft. to 11,086 sq. ft. at Panther Creek Village Square shopping center, in The Woodlands, Texas.

The expansion will be completed in July. To accommodate the larger CVS store, Mathnasium of The Woodlands, a children's learning center specializing in math tutoring, will relocate to a 2,400-sq.-ft. space and Village Cleaners will move to a 1,173-sq.-ft. space within the center.

The 166,280-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Randalls, along with Subway, Starbucks, Sears Hardware and a wide variety of retail, restaurants and service businesses. The Woodlands Children’s Museum will join the merchant mix with a 11,169-sq.-ft. space in October.
