CVS to open at Ogden Mall

Naperville, Ill. Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Asset Management said Thursday that it recently transacted a ground lease with CVS Caremark Corp. for a 1.2-acre outlot at Ogden Mall in Naperville, Ill., a western suburb of Chicago.

CVS will be tearing down an existing 3,934-sq.-ft. Pizza Hut building in order to construct its own 12,900-sq.-ft. building, with plans to open in the fall. Pizza Hut closed in March.

CVS is joining the 272,654-sq.-ft. community shopping center, which also includes K Mart, Citibank, H Mart and Panera Bread.

The center is additionally tenanted by Ogden 6 Theatres, Ginny's Hallmark, Dollar Tree, and more.
