CVS debuts in Brookfield, Wis.

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Corp. said Wednesday it has signed a 13,232-sq.-ft. lease with CVS Pharmacy at The Plaza, a 107,952-sq.-ft. retail center formerly known as V. Richards Plaza, in Brookfield, Wis.

CVS’s debut store in Brookfield is slated to open in the spring.

Inland also signed a 9,403-sq.-ft. lease with Half Price Books, which is scheduled to open in summer, and a 3,758-sq.-ft. lease with Fashion XChange, which is scheduled to open in the first half of the year.
