Cullman Shopping Center now 100% leased

Cullman, Ala. -- Merchants Retail Partners announced a milestone achievement for revitalized Cullman Shopping Center in Cullman, Alabama. The center recently reopened 100% leased with more than 400,000 sq. ft. of retail space.



Cullman Shopping Center underwent a comprehensive redevelopment beginning in September 2014 which included a new façade, tower features and landscape and hardscape elements. In addition, the existing center was expanded by nearly 120,000 sq. ft. to accommodate for a new Publix, Dick's sporting goods, and Ulta. The redevelopment has also attracted anchors Petsmart and Ross Dress for Less opening later this year.
