Cullinan promotes two

Peoria, Ill. -- Cullinan Properties, Ltd. has promoted Scott Bishop to VP of Asset Management, responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations for the company, including supervision of both in-house personnel and third-party firms. Bishop will also coordinate leasing, marketing and tenant construction-related activities for the managed properties.



Michael Weaver expands his current role at Cullinan Properties to lead the new Single Asset Development program including site selection, acquisitions and dispositions. As VP of Legal & Single Asset Development, Weaver will identify and develop relationships with retailers, banks, health clubs, restaurants and hotels who seek free-standing facilities throughout the country. In addition, he will continue to provide in-house legal services for the company.
