Cullinan appoints direct of leasing in Chicago office

Peoria, Ill. — Cullinan has announced the appointment of Victor Ambrosio as VP, director of leasing in the company’s Chicago office. In his new role, Ambrosio will direct Cullinan’s leasing, sales and marketing functions and manage third party broker relationships.



Ambrosio joins Cullinan from Pettinaro Management, a full service real estate development and management company. He managed leasing and marketing efforts for Pettinaro’s retail real estate portfolio in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.



With 19 years of retail leasing experience, Ambrosio has completed over one million sq. ft. of deals in regional malls and strip centers. He has also developed lifestyle centers in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and New York.
