Cullinan adds to Streets of St. Charles
Cullinan Properties is adding on to its transformative mixed-use development in St. Charles, Missouri.
Construction has begun on a 60,000-sq.-ft. residential building at Streets of St. Charles that will include 20,000 sq. ft. of street retail space located across the street from Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and P.F. Chang’s.
Additional parking is being installed to augment the two on-site parking decks located next to AMC Theatres and Drury Plaza Hotel. Complimentary valet service is provided to the public on evenings and weekends.
The 27-acre development has breathed new life into the historic city, which was founded by French colonists from Canada in the 18th Century. The tenant mix is a prime example of the dining and entertainment ethic evident in new town center developments and includes Bar Louie, Five Guys, Orangetheory, Pieology Pizzeria, and Massage Luxe.
“We have welcomed approximately 40 new businesses to the St. Charles market due to the success of the Streets of St. Charles as well as the growth of St. Charles County,” said Cullinan CEO Christopher M. West.
