Crossman announces redevelopment of City Plaza at Tampa Palms

Tampa, Fla. Crossman & Co. announced it will be redeveloping City Plaza at Tampa Palms in Tampa, Fla.

As part of the redevelopment, Crossman said it has negotiated a new 20-year lease with Publix Super Markets for a new 54,340-sq.-ft. facility, which will replace an existing 49,300-sq.-ft. facility Publix occupies at the center.

City Plaza at Tampa Palms is part of the Tampa Palms master-planned development in the Bruce B. Downs Blvd. corridor, which at final build-out will include 8,400 residential units, almost 1 million sq. ft. of retail space and 59,000 sq. ft. of office space.
