Crosland adds tenants to 3P portfolio

Charlotte, N.C. Crosland LLC said Friday that it has secured several additions and openings at retail centers in Tennessee and North Carolina that the developer manages on behalf of third-party owners.

Body Shop Fitness joined Providence MarketPlace in Mount Juliet, Tenn., last month.

Investment firm Edward Jones joined Jetton Village in Cornelius, N.C., in February. Burgundy Moon Spa & Winehouse opened at the center in April.

Children’s gaming retailer Space Kidets will open its second Charlotte, N.C., location near Whitehall Commons in early fall.

Chic Nails opened at Toringdon Circle, located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, in April. Rullo di Pasta opened at Toringdon Circle in early July.
