Creme de la Creme opens at Arboretum of South Barrington

South Barrington, Ill. Childhood learning provider Creme de la Creme said it will host a public opening on Aug. 1 and Aug. 2 at its new location in The Arboretum of South Barrington, a 600,000-sq.-ft. town center in South Barrington, Ill.

The 21,000-sq. ft. Creme de la Creme space can accommodate approximately 300 children. It is the company’s sixth campus in the Chicago area, but the first in a lifestyle center.

Newly opened at The Arboretum of South Barrington are Nozumi Japanese Cuisine, which opened in 6,836 sq. ft. in late June, and Amazing Gracie’s Children’s Shoppe, recently opened in a 1,586 -sq. -ft. space.

The Arboretum opened in Sept. 2008, anchored by L.L. Bean’s first Midwest outdoor gear and apparel store; the country’s first Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas, a luxury cinema experience and new way to go to the movies; and Pinstripes, Chicago’s own bowling, bocce and bistro concept.

The center is a joint venture between The Jaffe Cos. in Northbrook, Ill., and RREEF Alternative Investments, based in New York City.
