The Court at Deptford is in the throes of an ongoing, multi-million-dollar redevelopment project. Since the launch of the redevelopment last April, Burlington Coat Factory has opened and Party City has relocated and expanded to a new, larger space next to Dress Barn. A significant façade modernization is being accompanied by other improvements, such as roof repairs, parking lot repaving and restriping, sidewalk repairs, streetscape and landscape enhancements, along with lighting improvements.



As part of its plan to create a shop, play, dine and work environment, DLC is welcoming new tenants, such as Hobby Lobby and Shoe Carnival in 2016, and has strong leasing efforts in place to add even more new stores to an already dynamic retailer mix.
