Court appoints Stirling keeper of Circuit City building
Covington, La. Stirling Properties said Tuesday it has been named the court-appointed Keeper of the Circuit City building in Lake Charles, La. Stirling Properties is representing the lender in the management of the property as well as the listing for sale or lease.
The 20,610-sq.-ft. building is anchored by Academy Sports, Old Navy, Goody’s, and Michael’s.
In other Stirling news, the company has secured a number of lease agreements, including Maurice’s in Hammond Square (Hammond, La.) for 5,221 sq. ft., Rue 21 in Hammond Square for 4,340 sq. ft. and Verizon Wireless in Kings Country Village (Pineville, La.) for 2.08 acres.
