Costco eyeing Australian expansion
Issaquah, Wash. Costco has identified the Asia-Pacific region as a key area for growth and said it could open two stores a year in Australia, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
"We are ramping up some of our international [operations] a little bit. Our success in Asia is an example, and Australia," said Richard Galanti, CFO at Costco.
