Coreland ups management ante in Q1

Tustin, Calif. Coreland Cos. of Tustin, Calif., said the firm has been awarded more than 1 million sq. ft. in property-management contracts within the last four months. Nearly half of the new assignments are on behalf of state court-appointed receivers.

Coreland was awarded over 600,000 sq. ft. of retail-management assignments including Centre Pointe Marketplace in Valencia, Calif.; Ontario Freeway Center in Ontario, Canada; Palms to Pines neighborhood center in Palm Desert, Calif.; and Crossroads Marketplace in Chino Hills, Calif.
