Construction to add 9,100 sq. ft. of new retail space at Seminole Shoppes
Neptune Beach, Fla. -- Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has started construction on an additional 9,100-sq.-ft. building at Seminole Shoppes, located in Neptune Beach, Fla., for six new side shops.
Leases have already been signed with Hurricane Grill & Wings for 2,940 sq. ft. and TCBY for 1,400 sq. ft. in the new building, slated for completion in late spring.
Seminole Shoppes is the area’s newest grocery-anchored shopping center and one of the first large shopping center developments in the Beaches area since 1985. The center opened in August 2010 and is 92% leased.
The 78,240-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Publix alongside national retailers such as Publix Liquors, AT&T and Hair Cuttery.
