Cohen Commercial completes refinancing of Buttermilk Crossing

New York --Cohen Commercial Properties has completed an $8.65 million refinancing of Buttermilk Crossing, located in Crescent Springs, Ky. The 94%-occupied, 78,012-sq.-ft. shopping center is located immediately off of Interstate 71/75.

Tenants include Staples, Outback Steakhouse, Petco and The UPS Store.



"Buttermilk Crossing is an optimally located shopping center with a diverse base of strong tenants,” said Andrew J. Cohen, chairman and CEO of Cohen Commercial Properties. “We were able to secure financing for this property on the strength of its ideal tenancy and location.”



The Buttermilk Crossing center’s facade is newly revamped and renovated, having been treated with repainting, as well as the restoration of substantial sections within the parking lot in 2012 and 2013.
