Club Metro USA to open at Browntown Shopping Center

Old Bridge, N.J. Fameco Real Estate, L.P., said that the Browntown Shopping Center in Old Bridge, N.J., has secured a new 20,000-sq.-ft. lease with fitness operator Club Metro USA. Club Metro is slated to open in late October.

Browntown Shopping Center is a 93,251-sq.-ft. community center tenanted by Walgreens, Benjamin Moore Paints, Subway, Wendy’s and 7-Eleven. It is owned by The Lightstone Group.
