Richardson, Texas -- KDC announced three new restaurant additions to the growing list of tenants slated to open at CityLine, the company’s 186-acre mixed-use project in Richardson, Texas. The restaurants, all new to the Richardson market, include: Fernando’s Mexican Cuisine, Fresh To Order, and Tricky Fish.

Fernando’s Mexican Cuisine offers upscale Tex-Mex dining with the continental influence of Mexico City. This will be the third Fernando’s location in the Dallas area, where the restaurant originated. The 5,115-sq.-ft. Fernando’s is scheduled to open in February 2016, located on the ground floor of a 532-unit apartment building developed by JLB at 1250 State Street.

Owned and developed by Razzoo’s, Tricky Fish is a polished-casual, southern seafood restaurant; the 3,800-sq.-ft. location is scheduled to open in late fall 2015. It will be located in the ground floor of Three CityLine at 1251 State Street.

CityLine will be the first of 10 to 15 units projected for Dallas by Atlanta-based Fresh To Order restaurants, which serve a fine dining quality of food in a contemporary environment.

The 3,200-sq.-ft. Fresh to Order location is scheduled to open in the spring of 2016. It will be located in the ground floor the JLB apartment building, next to Fernando’s, on the southwest corner of State Street and Plano Road.
