Citi Trends to open at Hickory Plaza

Hickory, N.C. North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that Citi Trends has leased 12,310 sq. ft. at Hickory Plaza, in Hickory, N.C.

Levin is the managing agent for the 163,251-sq.-ft. shopping center.

The addition of Citi Trends follows Big Lots' recent expansion to a total of 33,055 sq. ft., a 15,704-sq.-ft. lease with Save-A-Lot and renewals by RadioShack, H&R Block and All My Friends Pet Shop.

Other tenants include Dollar General, Rugged Wearhouse and El Paso Mexican Restaurant.
