Citi Trends, Kool Smiles to open at Fruitland Center

Salisbury, Md. Purchase, N.Y.-based National Realty & Development Corp. said Wednesday that Citi Trends and Kool Smiles will open at Fruitland Center in Salisbury, Md.

Additionally, Apple Discount Drugs has renewed its lease and will be expanding its store by 3,000 sq. ft. to occupy a total of 20,000 sq. ft. at the center.

Citi Trends will open its 12,530-sq.-ft. store in September. Dental office Kool Smiles opened in 8,600 sq. ft. on July 19.
