Children’s Museum leases space at Panther Creek Village Square

The Woodlands, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased space in Panther Creek Village Square in Woodlands, Texas, to The Woodlands Children’s Museum.

The 11,169-sq.-ft. museum is scheduled to open in July.

The 166,280-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Randalls, along with Subway, Starbucks, CVS/pharmacy and Sears Hardware.

With the addition of the new museum tenant, the center is now 98% leased.
