Cherry Hill Mall announces five new retail tenants
Cherry Hill, N.J. Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) said that five new specialty retailers will open at Cherry Hill Mall.
Red Mango is slated to open in September and Bare Escentuals in October. In November, the newly designed Disney Store, the region’s first Guess by Marciano and White House | Black Market will join the mall’s roster of retailers.
The Disney Store is one of 20 revamped prototype stores opening worldwide in 2010, and will open in 4,744 sq. ft. Guess by Marciano will open a 3,125-sq.-ft. store in the Macy’s Wing, and White House | Black Market will open a 3,653-sq. ft. store by the Grand Court.
Bare Escentuals will open its doors by the Grand Court next to Metropark in 1,178 sq. ft.
The 196-sq.-ft. Red Mango kiosk will be located near Macy’s Court.
The store openings are part of the mall’s $200-million renaissance, which includes the addition of white-linen restaurants Seasons 52, Maggiano’s Little Italy, The Capital Grille, and California Pizza Kitchen; a new parking deck; the addition of an upscale retail wing; a redesigned and relocated food court now called Cherry Hill Cafes, and extensive interior and exterior renovations. Additional retailers will be announced throughout 2010.
