Chelas Mexican Grill to open at Laguna Niguel Plaza

Laguna Niguel, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said that Chelas Mexican Grill has leased restaurant space in Laguna Niguel, Calif., at Laguna Niguel Plaza.

The quick-serve Mexican restaurant has leased 1,500 sq. ft. and is slated to open in December.

The 41,943-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Albertsons alongside such national retailers as Fantastic Sams, H & R Block, CVS/pharmacy and Starbucks.
