Charter Realty retained to lease Apple Valley shopping center

Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Charter Realty & Development Corp. announced Monday it has been retained by Katz Properties to lease the Apple Valley Shopping Center located in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

The recently renovated, 55,503-sq.-ft. shopping center features Walgreens, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Mahopac National Bank and Subway.
