Charter Realty forms enclosed mall division

Westport, Conn. Charter Realty & Development Corp. said it has formed a new division devoted to enclosed malls. The Enclosed Mall Division will offer leasing, redevelopment, management and lenders advisory services for enclosed malls throughout the eastern United States.

The new division will be headed up by Peter Elliott, formerly with Simon Property Group, Pyramid Co., Urban Retail Properties, Commonwealth Development and Forest City Enterprises.
