Charming Charlie to open at The Village at Towne Centre

Fredericksburg, Va. Fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie will open Nov. 9 -- its first in the state -- at The Village at Towne Centre in Fredericksburg, Va., owned and operated by Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Co.

The Houston-based retail concept operates 30 locations in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas.
