Charlotte Russe, rue21 join Arkansas mall

Indianapolis Simon Property Group, owner of McCain Mall in North Little Rock, Ark., announced that Charlotte Russe and rue21 are opening stores in McCain Mall.

Charlotte Russe’s 4,330-sq.-ft. store will be the company’s first in the Little Rock area, and is slated to open on June 2. Rue21 will open a 6,000-sq.-ft. store in mid-May.

Current tenants Fame and Millennium Ladies Boutique have relocated to new spaces, and Foot Locker is set to debut a new location in May.

McCain Mall, a two-level regional mall, is anchored by Dillard's, J.C. Penney and Sears.
