Champion4Fitness opens at Shops at Starwood

Frisco, Texas St. Louis-based wellness consulting company Champion4Fitness has opened a studio at The Shops at Starwood, a lifestyle center in Frisco, Texas.

The flagship studio will feature fitness testing, nutritional counseling and personal training, as well as a retail offering to include supplements and sports apparel.

The Shops at Starwood is a mixed-use center featuring retail, restaurant and office components. The project opened in November 2006, and Phase 3 is slated to break ground in 2009 with a luxury office tower, additional specialty retail and upscale dining.
