Chambers Group announces new partner to lead second location

Charlotte, N.C. -- The Chambers Group, an X Team International partner and full-service real estate brokerage firm announced that Jenn Olevitch-Roberson has joined the company as partner to lead the company’s second location in Raleigh, North Carolina. The office will open Oct. 1, and, over the course of the next 12 months, The Chambers Group will add approximately six new and seasoned brokers to their team in Raleigh.



“The Raleigh real estate market is booming, with new projects coming out of the ground and retailers looking to enter the market. The time is right for this strategic growth, and we’re thrilled that Jenn will be leading the charge,” said Jay Chambers, principal for The Chambers Group.



Olevitch-Roberson will oversee the strategic direction, business development, hiring and day-to-day operations of The Chambers Group Raleigh office. She will focus on third-party leasing and management contracts, as well as tenant representation.



Prior to joining the firm, Olevitch-Roberson spearheaded the leasing of the redeveloped Waverly Place project on behalf of RP Realty Partners and Northwood Retail. She also served as the director of leasing for Hunter & Associates for eight years, where she was responsible for an expansive portfolio of more than 60 centers.
