CBRE unit offers free app for property sales
NRP, CBRE’s retail institutional unit on the West Coast, has released a free app to help real estate investors keep track of all the developments in the marketplace.
Available in both iOS and Android versions, the app gives registered clients self-serve access to all NRP team listings, early notice on new retail investment opportunities, and push notifications delivering listing and pricing updates.
CBRE executive VP Philip Voorhees says the goal is the reduce clutter and create a dedicated pipeline for clients.
“A daily deluge of information and emails inundate principals and brokers, making it challenging to break through the clutter,” Voorhees said. “It can be tough to quickly determine what is germane and which opportunities meet a client’s acquisition criteria.”
