CBRE hires international urban and high street retail expert

Los Angeles -- CBRE Group announced that Andrew Turf, a high street luxury retail real estate expert, will join the company’s Retail Services team as senior VP. Turf will also act as tenant representative on the West Coast and beyond and collaborate with capital markets teams on a variety of real estate projects.



“Andrew will be a great asset to CBRE and will easily be able to collaborate with teams across all of our regions,” said Lewis C. Horne, division president, Greater Los Angeles-Orange County, CBRE. “With his deep knowledge of U.S. and international markets and luxury high street retailers, Andrew will add tremendous value in markets like Los Angeles and San Francisco as well as Chicago, New York City and beyond.”



Turf was previously Director of Leasing at Tribeca Holdings in the U.K. In his position at Tribeca, Turf was leading leasing initiatives at properties such as Old Spitalfields, a 19th Century structure with an ancient market place and urban brands. Prior to his work with Tribeca Holdings, Turf performed leasing for Land Securities in London and was a leasing professional for Rick Caruso at Caruso Affiliated in Los Angeles.
