CBRE acquires Omaha affiliate
CBRE has acquired CBRE/MEGA, which has been affiliated with the global real estate company since 2000.
Founded in 1975, CBRE/MEGA is one of Omaha’s largest full-service commercial real estate services firms, with more than 100 professionals providing sales, leasing, and project management services and managing a portfolio of more than 5.5 million sq. ft.
The Omaha operation will continue to be led by managing director Bennett Ginsberg.

Earlier this year, Omaha broke ground on a $300 million revitalization of its Riverfront that will introduce a performance pavilion, a sculpture garden, and interactive water features as well as private commercial development that will include retail.
