CBL to expand third-party business

Chattanooga, Tenn. CBL & Associates Properties announced that it has launched an initiative to expand the company’s third-party management business.

The company also said it has created a new business development team, spearheaded by Jay Wiseman, VP, responsible for coordinating the third-party management efforts. 

“We believe that the current economic climate has created a tremendous opportunity to expand our present third-party management business,” said Alan Lebovitz, senior VP-asset management for CBL.

The company first began offering property-management services more than 30 years ago.
