Casto announces leasing activity

Cincinnati Casto announced Wednesday that it, along with joint-venture partner Investcorp, completed two new retail leases, one with Party City at Tri-County Marketplace and the other with Salon Concepts at King’s Mall.

Both shopping centers are in Cincinnati.

Party City is joining PetSmart and Tree House Kids, and will open an 11,250-sq.-ft. store this fall.
