Caruso Capital names acquisitions exec

Los Angeles Caruso Capital Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Caruso Affiliated, said it has hired Bryce Ross to serve as senior director of acquisitions.

According to the company, Ross will play an integral role in the recently formed Caruso-TPG Partners -- a joint venture between TPG Capital and Caruso Capital Partners targeting opportunistic investments in retail centers and mixed-use properties in select markets in the western United States.

Ross most recently served as the director of acquisitions and development at the Los Angeles-based Festival Cos. and its affiliated investment fund with Goldman Sachs, the Festival Retail Fund.
