Burlington Coat Factory to open in former Chicagoland Menard’s space

Crestwood, Ill. Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Asset Management said Tuesday that Burlington Coat Factory signed a lease for 70,000 sq. ft. of space formerly occupied by Menards in Crestwood, Ill., a suburb of Chicago.

Burlington Coat Factory is expected to open in August and will co-tenant the 175,427-sq.-ft. center with Kohl's.
