Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill to open at Grandview Yard

Columbus, Ohio Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) announced that it will open the Buckeye Hall of Fame Grill at Grandview Yard, in Columbus, in November.

The 6,500-sq.-ft. sports restaurant and bar will feature Ohio State University memorabilia, and will join Hyatt Place hotel, Urban Active Fitness and Jason’s Deli in the first phase of Grandview Yard.

Located on the former Big Bear warehouse site and encompassing more than 80 acres, NRI’s Grandview Yard will include 1.5 million sq. ft. to 2 million sq. ft. of commercial space, including a significant retail component, restaurants, office space and more than 600 residential (condo and apartment) units. New community parks and significant infrastructure improvements are also included in the master plan.

NRI is the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. and the developer of the $750 million, mixed-use Arena District in Columbus.
