Brown Rudnick exec appointed to ICSC leadership position

Boston Law firm Brown Rudnick announced that Thomas J. Phillips, chair of the firm’s Retail & Shopping Centers Practice Group, was selected by the International Council of Shopping Centers to serve as state director for Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

Phillips’ term begins May 17. He will be responsible for guiding ICSC’s State Leadership Committee and Program Planning Committees toward advancing the interests of the retail real estate industry in the five-state area.
