Brooks Bros. opens at Phillips Place

Charlotte, N.C. -- Lincoln Harris, which handles the leasing and management for luxury retail center Phillips Place, said that Brooks Bros. has moved from its current location in SouthPark Mall, in Charlotte, N.C., and opened a new store in Phillips Place.



The new 8,800-sq.-ft. store is located in the courtyard area of Phillips Place in space previously occupied by Modern Salon.



In addition to Brooks Bros., Phillips Place will be welcoming two additional stores. Allen Edmonds Shoes will occupy a 1,700-sq.-ft. space previously occupied by Old Dog Clothing Co. The store is scheduled to open later this spring.



Specialty apparel retailer Bevello will occupy more than 2,000 sq. ft. and is slated to open in early spring.



Phillips Place is a 130,000-sq.-ft, integrated retail and residential development featuring 29 stores and a 402-unit luxury apartment complex, movie theater and Hampton Inn and Suites.
